Matthew Puffett (FBA) and Jamie Bargeman [ Exalt Records ]  first met hanging out in record shops and attending the same nights in Brighton back in 2003. A friendship forged from the shared love of the same music, hedonistic nights and strange early mornings. Fast forward 15 years and after countless conversations, we finally bring you Black Acid.

The Black Acid 10” (Exalt 012) features two tracks recorded in the FBA lab in Berlin and features the first new music from Future Beat Alliance since 2011. Two pieces of wide screen audio beauty, inspired by the moving picture and mastered by legendary techno producer Paul Mac.

Limited edition of 300 10” blue vinyl with a single colour tracing paper insert with black inner sleeve. A retouched image of an unknown forested mountain side evoking the dark brooding nature of the music.

In 2020, “Black Acid” was included on the recent FBA album “Beginner’s Mind”
